To Cancel or Reschedule a Session
- Please click on the “cancel” link in your confirmation or reminder email** to cancel your session. You should see a web page asking you to confirm the cancellation. If/when you do, you should see a web page thanking you for letting us know.

**When you book a session with us, an email is automatically sent to the email address you provide. The subject begins “Confirming Your Spacious Balance Session:” – When you use the “cancel” link in it, the system automatically cancels your session and makes the time available for someone else.

The same link appears in the reminder email that is sent to you 2 days ahead of your session. The subject begins “Reminder: ”
. - If you did not receive a confirmation email, or cannot find it, or if the above process does not seem to have worked, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and submit it to us. Thank you!
. - To reschedule: cancel your existing session, then book a new session using one of the links on the Get Support page.
Cancellation Policy
I do not currently request a deposit for most sessions. I simply ask that you treat me and these sessions with respect, which includes notifying me as soon as possible if you want or need to cancel.
I have never done the following and I hope I never feel I need to. And I may choose, if you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice and wish to book another session, to request a deposit equal to the amount of the session in order to confirm the second session.
