Get Support – Support Options

Ask a Question

If the articles I’ve already written don’t provide an answer to your question, one way to ask for support is to submit a question on the Ask Glenda page.

The questions I receive influence the topics I write about on this site.

I will also try to let you know personally about any article inspired by your question. Occasionally I’m also able to respond directly, and I regret this is not generally possible.

One-on-One Coaching

If you’ve realized it’s time for you to get personal, individualized support with your time and/or organizing challenges, I offer individualized coaching by phone and Skype.

  • If you would like to talk about what you need and what I offer, to determine if there seems to be a fit between us, I offer a short free session (roughly 15 minutes) for this purpose.
    .
  • If you would like “live” support to address a particular challenge, click here. I offer one-on-one sessions by phone and Skype (yes, it does work amazingly well, especially if you have a webcam).
Sessions run from 1/2 hour to 2 hours or more in length. My fee is $100 per hour (plus applicable taxes). You pay only for the time you actually use, and only if you are satisfied at the end of the session.
    .
  • I also offer on-site support, where we roll up our sleeves and work together like a well-oiled machine to get your space into the shape you would like. And it works best to have a clear plan of attack in place before trying this – which happens most effectively done over the phone or by Skype.
So if you are interested in on-site support, I recommend you book a “live” support session of at least 1 hour at the link above. At that time we can talk about the on-site option.
