Parking Options

245 Carlaw Ave – East Side – South of Dundas

Three pay-parking options – the least expensive is the parking lot
All accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

1. Parking lot 1/2 block east of Carlaw, south side of Dundas
 (for northbound traffic, it is all right turns) 
- $1/hour; no time limit 
- Allow 5-8 minutes to pay for parking and walk to 245 Carlaw Ave.
   .
2.  Street parking in front of the building (northbound) 
- $2/hour; 3 hour limit – then additional payment is required 
- No parking 4-6 pm
 – Free parking after 6 pm; on Sundays until 1 pm
   .
3. Street parking across the street (southbound) 
- $2/hour; 3 hour limit, then additional payment is required
 – No parking 7-9 am
 – Free parking after 6 pm; on Sundays until 1 pm
